Do I need an appointment?
No appointment needed at any of our three locations. Just walk in during store hours — no need to call or message ahead.
What if my jewelry is broken or damaged?
Broken jewelry is completely fine. Condition doesn't affect our offer — only the gold content matters. Bring in broken chains, single earrings, damaged rings. We buy it all. Traditional jewelers often turn this away; we don't.
How do you test gold? Is it safe?
We use certified professional testing equipment, and the process is completely safe for your jewelry. We weigh the item, test its purity (karat), and calculate the offer based on the live spot price — all in front of you, on the counter, in plain view.
Do I have to sell if I don't like the offer?
